Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday).

You will maintain and repair facility and production equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and operational efficiency, supporting internal customers and production teams. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in production maintenance, basic computer use, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of production maintenance mechanic experience
• High School diploma or GED; trade school preferred
• Ability to operate a computer
• Knowledge of electrical 3 phase, mechanical, hydraulic systems; safety training and PPE use

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment per standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment per guidelines.
• Adhere to OSHA/safety requirements and PPE usage; follow company policies.
• Changeovers on production line equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and paperwork; communicate repair status.
