Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in bacon production or further processed meats preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must read and interpret English business documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and address issues.
• Supervise 5–50 direct reports as assigned.
• Ensure startup, operation, and shutdown procedures are followed.
• Monitor production reports and troubleshoot issues; report to Production Manager.
• Ensure equipment checks and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate training for new employees.
• Maintain production schedules and records.
• Support QMS and safety programs.
• Drive continuous improvement with management.
