Daily's Premium Meats seeks a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee department operations, safety, and production planning in a fast-paced meat processing facility in Kentucky. You will manage schedules, ensure GMP/HACCP adherence, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to hit daily customer orders.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, ability to lead 5–50 direct reports, and bilingual Spanish preferred. A high school diploma and relevant meat industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred in meat production.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents and reports.
