Comprehensive Logistics Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Technician to lead inbound-to-manufacturing logistics and work with high-performance, technology-driven processes.

You will verify inventories, prepare shipping documentation, and maintain accurate records while supporting a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have physical inventory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of physical inventory experience.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping of product.
• Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepares related documents.
• Maintains shipping/receiving area.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
• Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.
