Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Material Operator to accurately pick orders and manage receiving, put-away, loading and shipping of products. You will use material handling equipment to meet safety, security, and productivity standards, including RF scanning and WMS usage.

• Experience with material handling equipment (1 year with electric pallet jack or 1-3 years with other equipment).
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures, read/write legibly, communicate with team and supervisors, and perform basic calculations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent related experience.
• Previous experience with material operating equipment (minimum 1 year with electric pallet jack and/or a minimum of 1-3 years with other material operating equipment).
• Previous experience using RF Scanner and WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and/or manager as to progress in tasks/functions being performed.
• Ability to perform calculations involving adding, counting, subtracting, division and multiplication.

Pay: $21.50/hr ($20 base + $1.50 Shift Differential)
