Job summary

PDI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Materials) for 2nd shift (M-F, 2:30pm - 11:00pm) to lead raw material receiving and STAGE/RM warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory, regulatory compliance, and timely material availability to support manufacturing.

The candidate will supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments, with compliance to safety and hazardous materials handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience preferred
• 5–10 years in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or distribution

Responsibilities

• Lead raw material receiving and oversee STAGE and RM warehouse functions
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff and ensure procedures are followed
• Receive components and maintain accurate inventory transactions
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with Planning and Purchasing
• Manage cycle counts and ensure inventory targets
• Ensure hazardous materials handling and safety compliance
