Job summary

Piston Group & Piston Automotive LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory operations on the 2nd shift. You will plan, assign, and direct work, ensuring staffing and training across the warehouse to meet material movement needs.

You will also support the Materials Department, manage daily schedules, and assist with physical inventories while maintaining accurate records and training staff on ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as Warehouse Supervisor or related role.
• Associate degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, spreadsheets).
• 4+ years of experience with basic material tracking software/data entry.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 35 lb.
• Must have good reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and review shipping/receiving, storage, and inventory activities.
• Schedule hourly shipping/receiving staff and monitor attendance.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received, released, and shipped.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and forms; train drivers on processes.
• Update daily shipping schedules for customers and inventory.
• Support Materials Department and assist with physical inventory.
