Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Material Handler in Durham, NC 27712 for second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm EST). The role involves loading, unloading, and moving materials, inspecting for defects, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Training provided for those with no prior experience. Position runs from 10/26/2026 to 04/25/2027, with standard warehouse safety practices and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, ISO, FDA beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site.
• Inspect materials for quality and defects.
• Identify materials by part number or description.
• Record units moved on daily production sheet.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely.
• Perform data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
