Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations, material handling, and scheduling of shipments (full truck, LTL, rail, containers).
• Unload trailers and stage kits/parts in designated locations.
• Create inbound manifests, monitor swim lane health, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as first responder for mis-delivered parts and optimize ordering/delivery solutions.
• Conduct daily material flow walks and end-of-shift reviews with 3PL partners.
• Maintain 5S standards for cleanliness and organization within your area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work overtime, including Saturdays, to meet production demands.
