Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to support production with safety, quality, and efficiency in mind. You will read job tickets, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and documentation. Forklift experience is preferred, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to operate material handling equipment; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets to produce high-quality products.
• Schedule and plan to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate workflow with Associates across departments.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for the position.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and assist maintenance.
