Job summary

Saint-Gobain Life Sciences in Portage, WI is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (2:15pm–10:45pm, M-F). You will move and track materials, stock supplies, and support production to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50#s.
• Prefer some knowledge in QAD or other ERP systems.
• Must be proficient with computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Prefer knowledge of ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements.
• Must be a strong team player.
• Possess excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Organization and Upkeep
• Collecting and taking out garbage, recycling culls and other materials
• Deliver liquid and compounded silicone, color and inserts to production
• Chemical handling
• Stock supplies in gowning rooms, pass-through and cleanrooms
• Measure and issue materials to work orders
• Support area and plant cycle counting
• Driving fork truck to support warehouse needs which include
• Putting materials away
• Moving materials around to best utilize space
• Loading and Unloading deliveries
• Complete daily shift report
• Other duties as assigned
