Exmark Manufacturing, a division of The Toro Company, in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking Material Handlers for the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM). Starting pay is $22.24 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, for a total of $24.24 per hour.

You will maintain inventory, operate a stand-on forklift, load/unload materials, and record part numbers and locations. We expect attention to quality, Lean thinking, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualificações

• Ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Operate a stand-on forklift to move parts, finished goods, and deliveries.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Record part numbers, quantities, locations, and serial numbers with onboard terminal.
• Perform visual quality checks on parts.
• Use hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts before assembly.
• Move parts to storage areas using pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and participate in 5S initiatives.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and strive for safety and quality standards.
• Learn multiple product lines and apply Lean methodologies.
