Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift in Beatrice, NE. You will maintain inventory, operate a stand‑on forklift, and move parts to support production and shipping.

Strong safety practices and ability to learn multiple product lines are essential. Starting pay includes a $2 shift differential for a total of $24.24 per hour, with benefits beginning after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally.
• Good communication and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Operates a stand-on forklift to move all parts, finished goods, and deliveries.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Records part numbers, quantities, locations, and serial numbers using the onboard terminal.
• Performs daily inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Identifies and applies Lean methodologies to improve processes.
• Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
