Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm - 11:30pm) to support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility.

You will use hand trucks, conveyors and other material handling equipment to ensure accurate packing, scanning and labeling. Responsibilities include verifying orders, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to the 7S program while helping to optimize the flow of goods within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• To be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members.
