Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm) to move materials and inventory within the facility. You will operate hand trucks, conveyors and other equipment, perform packing, scanning and counting tasks, and ensure orders are verified and labeled correctly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math skills, with or without a calculator.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including possible overtime.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as needed.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work area.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
