Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Lincoln, NE. Work Friday through Monday from 1:30pm to 12:00am, moving material, packing and scanning items to support comprehensive supply chain solutions.

Minimum 18 years old with basic math and ability to read safety rules. Warehouse experience and handheld scanner use are a plus, along with flexibility for overtime and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Desired: 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with handheld scanners.
• Flexible schedule availability, including possible overtime.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform packing, scanning, kitting or counting of products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program to keep the workplace organized.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and teammates.
