Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Ohio (Maumee) is seeking a Material Handler I to move material, load/unload from various transport methods, and support production. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced plant environment.

Starting pay rate is $26.70 per hour. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime when needed. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for career growth within OBE.

Responsibilities

• On/off-loading of the product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates.
• Reads work orders and follows job standards for safety, quality and production.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Read and interpret basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure.
