Job summary

Archway is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Maple Grove for 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am, Mon–Fri). Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, shipping, relocating, and storing materials using a forklift, with a focus on safe operations and accurate paperwork.

You will also pick/pack shipments, update the WMS, assist in cycle counts, and support daily process improvements while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Current forklift certification and/or ability to become certified within 30 days.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and greater with team.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, ship, relocate, and store materials using a forklift.
• Operate power equipment safely and certify as required.
• Pick and pack items for shipment and label for shipment.
• Update Warehouse Management System with transactions.
• Assist with cycle counting and periodic inventories.
• Support in meeting customer expectations and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse.
