Job summary

Archway-Marketing-Service is hiring for a second shift warehouse position in Maple Grove. Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, shipping, relocating, and storing materials using forklift equipment, ensuring accurate product handling and documentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, forklift certification or the ability to become certified within 30 days, and basic math/reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, ship, relocate, and store materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
• Operate power equipment safely and within certification requirements.
• Pick and pack items for shipment; label and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory placement with Inventory Control.
• Complete required paperwork and time-tracking documentation.
• Keep pallet locations organized and restock items as needed.

Shift: 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am Monday to Friday,

Location: Maple Grove

Responsible for the accurate unloading, receiving, shipping, relocating, and storing of materials, utilizing a forklift or other power operated equipment.

• Safe and efficient operation of all power operated equipment that requires certification
• Safe and efficient movement of Product. (Including loading and unloading trucks)
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment potentially with a forklift
• Label and prepare items for shipment
• Work with Inventory Control on correct product placement
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
• Maintain warehouse order to ensure pallet locations are kept available for incoming items
• Ensure all items not required short term are restocked according to established procedures
• Update Warehouse Management System with transaction
• Performs daily safety checklist and standard battery charging procedure
• Assist with contacting freight couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
• Assist in cycle counting and periodic inventories
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns
• Participate in process Improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Support and maintain corporate quality, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions. (ISO standards where applicable)
• All other duties as assigned
