Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Materials Handler for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will interface with other departments to manage the material flow and operate a forklift to sustain the movement of materials for the department, following established procedures.

The role includes performing repetitive sub and final assembly tasks, adhering to specifications, maintaining a clean, organized work area, meeting quality standards, and contributing ideas for improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.
• Ability to lift 44 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Interface with other departments to manage material flow.
• Operate forklift to sustain material movement for the department.
• Perform repetitive sub and final assembly on standard product lines.
• Follow specifications and established procedures.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; meet quality standards.
• Suggest methods for product improvement and efficiency.
