Job summary

Grimco in Manchester, NH is hiring a Warehouse Associate Level 1: Grinder and Tumbler. You will support daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production setting and work a 12-hour shift 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This entry-level role requires dependability and safety-mindedness; forklift experience is a plus, and training is provided. Grimco offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a national sign supply company.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided).
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and tumbling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.
