Job summary

O'Neal Steel in Nashville, TN is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler to load and unload material in our warehouse. You will operate equipment including forklift, overhead crane, and stacker crane to move material to and from trucks and within the storage area.

The role requires accurate tape measure reading, use of hand tools, and delivering high-quality work to internal and external customers. Overtime may be required; a background check and drug test are part of the offer process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Proficiency with common hand tools.
• Ensures high quality work for internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog and related equipment.
• Use hand tools such as grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver and wrench.
• Read measurements and document outputs for customers.
