Job summary

Carfair Composites Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Saint Cloud, MN, to support receiving and shipping activities. The role involves forklift operation, loading/unloading crates, and maintaining orderly work areas on a production floor.

The candidate should be able to work a Monday-Thursday night shift, handle up to 50 lbs, and assist with local deliveries as needed. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Experience in loading/unloading crates and pallets.
• Ability to follow shipping/receiving procedures and produce accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with production and shipping staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and shipping duties.
• Must be able and willing to safely drive forklift.
• Load and unload product/racks from trucks.
• Learn and perform all aspects of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ensure all shipping crates/pallets are properly loaded and secured.
• Bring material and supplies to/from different areas of the production floor using forklift/pallet jack.
• Empty garbage containers from production area to outside bins.
• Assist with groundskeeping such as shoveling and mowing lawn.
• Drain and decap drums as instructed.
• Maintain, organize and clean work areas as required.
• Backup driver for local deliveries.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Wage- $21.22
