Carfair in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving and shipping tasks. The role involves operating a forklift, loading and unloading pallets, and helping move materials around the production floor.

Shift is Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am with a wage of $21.22 per hour. Overtime may be available, and you will be part of a team focused on accuracy, safety, and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Able to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to work a Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am shift.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable with attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and shipping area tasks.
• Safely drive forklift and load/unload products.
• Learn and perform all warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ensure crates/pallets are loaded and secured.
• Transport materials around production floor using forklift or pallet jack.
• Maintain and clean work areas as required.
• Backup driver for local deliveries.
• Perform other related duties as required.

This position is responsible to assist with aspects of receiving and shipping area.

This position is responsible to assist with aspects of receiving and shipping area.

* Must be able and willing to safely drive forklift

* Load and unload product/racks from trucks

* Learn and perform all aspects of the warehouse shipping and receiving procedures

* Ensure all shipping crates/ pallets are properly loaded and secured

* Bring material and supplies to/from different areas of the production floor by using forklift and/or pallet jack

* Empty all garbage containers from production area to outside bins

* Assist with groundskeeping such as shoveling and mowing lawn

* Drain and decap drums as instructed

* Maintain, organize and clean when required/instructed

* Backup driver for local deliveries

* Perform other related duties as required or assigned

• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Strong problem-solving abilities including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment
• Ability to work in harmony with others while maintaining a positive and professional attitude with overall success in mind
• Evidence of a satisfactory work record including performance, attendance and team playing
