Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a 2nd shift Material Handler at our Covington, GA facility to support production through accurate staging, labeling, and movement of materials.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and the endurance to work outdoors in variable temperatures. Safety, organization, and 5S practices are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50-75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and outdoors as needed.
• Frequently stand and walk; use hands and fingers; reach with arms; talk and hear.
• May be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate labeling and scanning of finished products within department.
• Monitor and utilize Kanban system to identify materials needed.
• Stage materials to ensure no disruption of production flow; stage materials for on-coming shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production.
• Audit finished goods for accuracy (count).
• Comply with all packaging requirements within department.
• 5S workplace organization to keep areas clean and safe.
• Practice safe work behaviors and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Responsible for all other jobs as assigned.

The shift time is 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional mandatory weekends.

Your Job
