Robinson, Inc. is seeking a Material Handling Coordinator for the second shift (10 AM–8 PM, 4/10s) to support shipping, receiving and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role prioritizes safe, accurate material flow and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include ERP data entry, coordinating material moves, and ensuring timely delivery to internal/external customers while maintaining 6S practices and FIFO standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 – 3 years’ experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.
• Skilled in operating a forklift while adhering to safety regulations.
• Able to read and understand documents like sales orders, inventory records, and receiving slips.
• Capable of writing standard documentation and communicating information to colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures processes related to receiving, distribution, and shipping of raw materials and WIP are followed and internal customer needs are met.
• Coordinates material moves to and from work centers.
• Monitors the staging of finished products to be packaged and shipped to Robinson’s external customers.
• Ensures products are received into the ERP system efficiently and accurately.
• Counts, protects, packages, and processes products for shipments between different Robinson locations, vendors, and final customers.
