Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role maintains a steady flow of materials, supports production lines, and ensures accuracy, organization, and safety throughout the shift. The candidate will use RF scanners and the IQMS system to track materials, scan in and out of inventory, stage materials for production, and move skids as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Material Handler in a manufacturing environment (1+ year preferred).
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems (IQMS preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational and material-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and dependable.
• Must be available to work the third shift.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner and IQMS system to track materials.
• Accurately scan materials in and out of inventory.
• Maintain the flow of materials to and from production equipment.
• Move completed skids to designated areas.
• Assist with building, stacking, and organizing skids.
• Package, label, and stack finished products as required.
• Prepare scrap and recyclable materials according to procedures.
• Keep materials organized on the production floor.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Stage materials needed for production.
• Complete end-of-shift processing for finished goods.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
