Job summary

Brakebush Brothers, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Marinator to operate marination equipment and follow batch sheets for multiple product codes. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb as needed, and completing paperwork in a Windows environment.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Thursday schedule plus weekend/overtime availability, reporting to a Production Supervisor. Safety training and HACCP knowledge are preferred, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must complete required safety training for Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Trucks, Hazard Communication, etc.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 10 hours per day.
• Must be able to perform basic data entry into a computer system on a Windows environment.

• Set up and operate marination equipment, including mixing, filling, verifying setpoints, and other mechanical adjustments such as hose installations, gasket checks, filter checks, temperature checks, etc.
• Perform setup to machine specifications by following batch sheet and load formulation information for each product code. Accurately identifying lot numbers, expiration dates, etc.
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter it into computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement:

POSITION: Marination Machine Operator HOURS: Monday through Thur, with availability to work weekends and overtime.

EMPLOYMENT: Full time

JOBDUTIES:

• Set up and operate marination equipment, including mixing, filling, verifying setpoints, and other mechanical adjustments such as hose installations, gasket checks, filter checks, temperature checks, etc.
• Perform setup to machine specifications by following batch sheet and load formulation information for each product code. Accurately identifying lot numbers, expiration dates, etc.
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter it into computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
