Job summary

Ellwood Texas Forge Houston is seeking a Utility Operator to work in multiple departments, including forging and machining. The role involves operating grinders, saws, and related equipment, with potential for overtime and shift work from 2pm–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe material handling using overhead cranes and wheeled equipment.
• Operate grinders and saws and prepare parts per instructions.
• Verify dimensions and adjust speeds, feeds, blade tensions as required.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Carry out yard duties and maintain material traceability per requirements.
• Observe all safety, health and environmental procedures.
