Job summary

You will work closely with Operators, improves processes, and cross-trains across production areas. This role requires reliable performance and a team-oriented mindset in a full-time, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow all plant safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude desired.

Responsibilities

• Support loading, catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly, and roll-forming tasks.
• Perform material handling: loading raw materials, catching finished goods, stacking, moving materials.
• Assist operators by monitoring machine output and helping with basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production tasks using hand and power tools and other fabrication equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete end-of-shift housekeeping.
