Dover Precision Components, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for its Pearland, TX facility. You will oversee CNC and manual machining operations, coach a team of about 26, and drive safety, quality and on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes lean initiatives, shift leadership, and collaboration with plant leadership to achieve production goals while maintaining ISO standards and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ supervisory production experience in a high mix manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to motivate a team to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing processes safely and efficiently to ensure on-time, profitable product shipping.
• Plan, schedule and direct a team of about 26 hourly workers including machine operators, machinists and assemblers.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA guidelines; participate in safety and shift team meetings.
