Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift team (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at our Mebane, NC facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching and developing the production staff.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, prioritizing work, coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality, and leading Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with plastic injection molding, machining, or assembly operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Schedule and assign work based on production priorities and customer demand.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor by coaching, supporting, and developing team members.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to quickly resolve production challenges.
• Ensure smooth shift handoffs and effective communication between teams.
