Qualifications

• Leadership experience to provide direction to hourly associates in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with safety rules enforcement and policy compliance.
• Ability to drive productivity and maintain labor cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to hourly associates in production, sanitation, maintenance and quality.
• Maintain safety by training and enforcing safety rules and Fresh Mark policies.
• Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and yields.
• Ensure effective communications across shifts and teams.
• Control labor costs including staffing and overtime.
• Monitor machinery to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
• Maintain product quality and meet customer requirements.
• Promote teamwork among employees.
