Job summary

Fresh Mark Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor at our cold storage facility in Massillon, Ohio. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and partner with management to ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role requires 8–10 years of warehouse experience or a bachelor’s degree, leadership ability with hourly workers, and proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems to optimize inventory and productivity.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of warehouse experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to lead hourly personnel and work across shifts, including weekends.
• Strong computer skills, Excel and Warehouse Management System proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and inventory control.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe operations.
• Drive efficiencies, productivity, and effective communication.
