Job summary

AISIN Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for the 2nd shift in Crothersville, Indiana. You will ensure equipment functionality and safety, maintain high-quality parts, and keep production targets.

You will report issues to supervisors and participate in kaizen activities while upholding the 5S standards. You will also perform line checks, record daily totals, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet production level requirements.
• Ability to communicate any abnormality to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Ability to maintain charts, graphs, and production reports.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to interpret written communication (i.e., production sheets).
• Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily production levels.
• Reports any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Performs kaizen activities.
• Performs one-by-one process through work instructions.
• Performs line quality checks.
• Records daily production totals.
• Keep work area within the 5'S philosophy.
