Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering discipline.
• 1+ years knowledge of CNC programming.
• 2nd shift (start no later than 3:00 pm)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate quality control processes and suggest improvements.
• Analyze workflow, equipment placement, and space to boost efficiency.
• Ensure product and process quality by designing testing methods.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair to keep equipment running.
• Develop and standardize process documentation (SOPs, PFMEAs, diagrams).
• Lead tryouts and evaluation of new machinery, tooling, and equipment.
