Job summary

Washington Mills seeks a Manufacturing Production Operator to monitor and operate crushing and grading equipment on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 3 PM–1 AM) with occasional Fridays. You’ll handle abrasive grain, containerize for shipments, and maintain safe, collaborative production flow in a busy plant.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic math/computer skills, and English proficiency; forklift knowledge is a plus. Lifting up to 50 lb and standing long hours are expected in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to perform basic math and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk up to 10 hours.
• Forklift knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate crushing and grading equipment.
• Handle grains and containerize for shipment or storage in warehouse.
• Work safely in a team environment; follow production schedules.
• Perform basic housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
