Minimum 5 years of manufacturing management experience with a track record of leading large-scale operations.
Minimum 1 year of direct people leadership experience.
Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actions that improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Internet, Mainframe, FMS, and DMS.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, development, and performance of manufacturing departments and external partners.

Mentor and coach supervisors to high performance and manage staffing forecasts for peak periods.
