RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit in Melbourne, FL is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for a second shift (3:00PM–1:00AM). You will coordinate staff, drive safety, quality, and production improvements, and lead daily operations to meet customer schedules.

The role requires a university degree and 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with ERP/SAP exposure and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years supervisory experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP/SAP exposure and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
