Job summary

Amphenol Cable and Interconnect Technologies Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the production team, align resources, and drive continuous improvement.

You will manage the weekly schedule, ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to remove barriers and improve value streams. The role requires Lean experience, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective leadership to sustain improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years manufacturing experience or HS diploma with 7 years manufacturing experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own week-over-week schedule execution by directing employees and aligning resources.
• Align people, equipment, and support resources to meet SQDCI goals (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory).
• Improve safety via hazard identification, risk reduction, and compliance.
• Lead operating reviews focused on schedule attainment and priorities.
• Maintain and act on SQDCI KPIs with Target to Improve actions.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement using structured problem solving.
• Coach and develop employees in daily management and accountability.
• Review non-conformities and drive corrective actions with Quality and Engineering.
