Argen Corporation in San Diego, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for Zirconia manufacturing on 2nd shift (1:30 pm to 10 pm). You will oversee production, enforce SOPs, and support R&D as needed to ensure quality dental solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure documentation accuracy. The role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and the ability to train team players, balance line capacity, and meet daily SLA goals while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO regulations and cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and work instructions to manufacture products.
• Operate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure quality and meet SLA expectations.
• Train team on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and PPE compliance.
