Argen Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I in San Diego, CA. The role supports a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment with adherence to GMP/ISO practices. You will operate equipment, inspect products, and document procedures while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The position requires a high school diploma and an eye for detail, with preference for 1+ years in manufacturing and ability to work with a team to meet production goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Follow work instructions and meet customer/industry standards.
• Operate mechanical equipment per instructions.
• Visually inspect devices and perform operations per SOPs.
• Identify and disposition defective items for rework or scrap.
• Document all steps and maintain clean, safe workspace.
• Cross-train in multiple manufacturing areas.
