Job summary

Flexible Metal, a Hyspan Company, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Tucker, GA. The role oversees a production team, coordinates across cells, and drives on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality on a full-time basis.

Training may start 6 AM - 2:30 PM; regular hours are 3 PM – 11:30 PM with overtime as needed. A strong emphasis on leadership, accuracy, and problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Background in manufacturing, production, automotive, or related fields.
• Ability to use and analyze data in Excel and other related software.

Responsibilities

• Set clear job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise results; coach and counsel employees as needed.
• Enforce company policies and standards of conduct fairly and consistently.
• Ensure operators are trained and create growth opportunities for your team.
• Assign personnel, set priorities, monitor progress, and report results on shift production summaries.
• Plan schedules and ensure finished goods inventory is level-loaded and produced on time.
• Read and analyze charts, orders, schedules to determine production requirements.
