Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Des Moines, IA to lead production and distribution activities for EFCO and SwapLoader systems. You will supervise operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting inventory management and employee development.

This is a 2nd shift role (4:00 PM-12:30 AM CT) onsite, with a focus on promoting a positive work culture and continuous improvement aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Background in construction, warehousing, or distribution preferred.
• Proven leadership and team motivation experience.
• Excellent PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees, monitor performance, ensure safety and continuous improvement.
• Administer daily production schedules, oversee operations, and align with quality goals.
• Manage layout of materials, inventory accuracy, and material flow to support delivery.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development of hourly team members.
• Train employees on equipment use and safety protocols; investigate incidents.
