Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related technical field or 1–3 years supervisory manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Schedule and assign work; monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Train, coach, and mentor production staff; support performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs (throughput, yield, downtime, scrap) and report to senior management.
• Implement Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with inventory control, tooling maintenance, and production documentation.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective action processes.
