Qualifications

5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 solder training certification.
MIL-STD-883 pre-cap visual inspection certification.

Responsibilities

Train new hires on integrated module assembly construction, including mechanical assembly, soldering to Class 3 per IPC standards, die attach, and visual inspection.
Train new hires on material handling, MES tracking, documentation access, and drawing interpretation.
Develop and maintain assembly manufacturing process checklists with SMEs and update training docs to latest practices.
Administer training classes on focus subjects including manual and automated unit processes.
Assist new hires with online Quality training and train operations on rework execution with Manufacturing Engineering.
