Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fine-tune products per documented standards.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools; run equipment and CNC machinery.
• Stage and move materials to keep lines running smoothly.
• Rotate across workstations to meet demand.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Escalate and help resolve process, equipment, or quality concerns.
• Execute setups, adjustments, and changeovers per procedures.
• Promote a safe, organized, team-first environment while meeting output and quality goals.
