Responsibilities

  • Stage and move materials to keep lines running smoothly.
  • Rotate across workstations to meet demand.
  • Complete production and quality records accurately.
  • Escalate and help resolve process, equipment, or quality concerns.
  • Execute setups, adjustments, and changeovers per procedures.
  • Promote a safe, organized, team-first environment while meeting output and quality goals.

Position details
  • Location: Buffalo Grove, Illinois
  • Shift: 2nd shift, 2:00 pm — 10:30 pm
  • Pay: $20.21 per hour

What you’ll tackle
  • Assemble and fine-tune products per documented standards (visual aids, work instructions, and specs).
  • Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools; run production equipment and computer-controlled machinery.
  • Stage and move materials and components to keep lines running efficiently.
  • Rotate across workstations, cells, and departments to align with demand.
  • Complete production and quality records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Escalate and help resolve process, equipment, or quality concerns.
  • Execute setups, adjustments, and changeovers per procedures.
  • Promote a safe, organized, team-first environment while meeting output and quality goals.
Must-haves
  • Comfort with physical work: standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and related activities during the shift.
  • Ability to read and follow English instructions, safety guidance, and equipment documentation.
  • Precision and care in assembly to meet quality standards.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience and strong communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy for documentation and system use
