Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products by following visual aids, work instructions, procedures, and directions.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools, and various production equipment.
• Move materials to support production and maintain flow.
• Rotate between workstations and departments to meet production schedules.
• Complete and maintain production, quality, and departmental records.
• Identify and report process, equipment, or quality issues to relevant personnel.
• Perform setups, adjustments, and changeovers per procedures.
• Support a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment while meeting quality targets.
