Ferguson is seeking an experienced Shift Manager (2nd shift) for our Oaks, PA Distribution Center. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in warehouse management, inventory control, process management, work-shift coordination, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan workload, oversee production, and execute operations in a fast-paced environment with 10+ hourly associates and develop salaried leaders in a facility over 100,000 sq ft.
2. Manage associates working from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (or until work completion), with potential for initial shift adjustments to understand all departments.
3. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance proactively and positively.
4. Lead shift operations including selection, shipping, receiving, cross-docking, and trailer loading.
5. Develop weekly operational plans to meet customer volume requirements.
6. Supervise quality functions: internal/external quality controls, service levels, quality initiatives, and standard methodologies.
7. Balance workload planning to meet budget and production goals.
8. Oversee inventory control and quality programs to meet service and order accuracy metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of management experience in supply chain distribution.
• WMS and LMS experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Project management experience (LEAN, KAIZEN, Agile) desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

$4,331.70 - $9,529.30 per month (salaried) or hourly for other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Wages may vary by location to comply with local regulations.
